Massage Chair Warranty:
All Massage Medik Massage chairs come with a 1 Year Warranty from shipment date. Should you have any warranty issue please contact us, and we will resolve your issue. Warranty does not cover any physical/accidental damage to the chair.
Product Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns or exchanges must be made within the return period based on the product you purchased. Please go to our Returns page for further information and complete the form corresponding to the product you want to return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrived damaged in transit or defective please submit a Claim Form on our Returns page so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may require additional information to process your claim. Massage Medik covers return shipping for any damaged in transit or defective items.
Freight Damaged in Transit:
If your freight shipment was damaged during transit, please follow the steps below.
DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERY IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED
1.Take pictures of where the package and/or product is damaged.

Massage Medik Cancellation Policy:
All orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business. All orders typically arrive between 3-7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and method of shipment chosen at checkout. If you want to cancel your order for any reason please contact our support team as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or (402) 807-7777. We are unable to cancel any orders after they have been shipped. If you wish to return a product that has shipped please refer to our return policy.
Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?
Massage Medik only covers the cost of return shipping if the product was damaged in transit or was defective.
Will you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes we will ship there. Under our Free Shipping there will be an additional charge for these states. Please Contact Us for more information.
I received incorrect item(s); can I obtain a refund?
If you received an incorrect item, we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of any replacement item(s). Please submit a Claim Form on our Returns page
How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
Please allow up to 10 business days for return and the refund or exchange to be processed.
I do not see my refund on my account?
It can take up to 10 full business days from the date refunded, for any credits to process on your account. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for assistance.
