Return / Exchange & Cancellation Policies
At Massage Medik, we stand behind our products and only offer the highest quality materials and service. All our products are thoroughly inspected throughout the delivery process to ensure our customers only receive the best. All returns require a RMA Number and completed RMA Claim Form. Return Policies and RMA Request forms are different by product. Please go to the section below that represents the item you want to return and complete the corresponding form.
MASSAGE CHAIRS
365 Day Massage Chair Return Policy
Although we try our best to be as thorough as possible, in the rare circumstance that a massage chair does arrive damaged on delivery, please let our customer service team know immediately. Please thoroughly inspect the outside packaging at the time of delivery and notate any damages to the boxing on the bill of lading when receiving your chair. With exception to items that are damaged in shipping, the Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise. At the sole discretion of Massage Medik, we reserve the right to replace or repair your chair.
- All returns require an RMA number; we will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA number
- The Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise to The Company.
- The Customer agrees that all returns are subject to a $350.00 restocking fee if not returned in like new condition and missing original packaging. This can be paid using funds from the original purchase or using a separate form of payment, as determined by The Customer. Additional services are non refundable.
- With the exception of merchandise that is defective or damaged in transit, The Customer agrees that all refused deliveries are subject to a $275.00 rerouting fee, which can be paid using funds from the original purchase or using a separate form of payment, as determined by The Customer.
- If item is not retuned as new and missing any original packaging a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Set up and delivery fees are removed from any refund.

Although we try our best to be as thorough as possible, in the rare circumstance that a item does arrive damaged on delivery, please let our customer service team know immediately. With exception to items that are damaged in shipping, the Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise. At the sole discretion of Massage Medik, we reserve the right to replace or repair your item.
- All returns require an RMA number; we will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA number
- The Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise to The Company.
- The Customer must return the product and all packaging as originally shipped to qualify for a full refund.
- With the exception of merchandise that is defective or damaged in transit, The Customer agrees that all orders cancelled after shipment or refused deliveries are subject to a $50.00 rerouting fee, which can be paid using funds from the original purchase or using a separate form of payment, as determined by The Customer.
- All returns that meet above conditions will receive a full refund of their original purchase price. (excluding any finance fees if financing was used). If not returned as above a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
