We ship all of our chairs from our centrally located Warehouse in Lincoln Nebraska. All orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. A tracking number is provided at the time of shipment so you can monitor it up until delivery.

4. How difficult is set up and will you set it up for me?
The chair arrives 90% assembled. If you wish to set up the chair yourself our manual is very easy to follow for set up along with videos we have on YouTube should it be necessary. We are always a phone call away if you need any help whatsoever.

5. What is the weight & size of the chair and is it easy to move around?
The dimensions of the chair are 30.9" W x 53.9" L x 47.24" H. The chair's weight is 200 lbs. It has wheels on the back of the chair. Lean the chair back, like a dolly, and one person can move it around or from room to room with ease. Reclined the char is 69.4" L. From the wall the chair would need approximately 14" of space off the wall to fully recline in Zero Gravity mode.

7. Can the chair adapt to different heights or sized users?
Yes, it does. By pressing the foot extension on the chair (also demonstrated in the video) the chair can adapt to different heights of users. Additionally, in the remote settings, there are different "width" settings to accommodate different body types.
The chair also has our Intelligent AI Roller System. Once you get in the chair it auto-detects your height to provide the most accurate and rejuvenating massage.
