Purchased this as a family Christmas gift. My husband and daughter works in retail and on their feet for long shifts so they suffer from severe pains in their feet. This machine is magic. We've all benefitted from it. My only complaint would be that the directions are vague And we still are not sure which direction is the proper one, so We've used both and have relief either way. I recommend watching some videos on it as well. Love that it comes with not one, but two remotes and they are magnetic so they can be stored on the device. I saw a complaint from an earlier user that it would benefit from remotes and I'm glad the manufacturer listened. I highly recommend this product.

I have foot issues (morton's neuroma, a touch of plantar's fasciatis), and I hike a lot. This is a great way to rejuvenate my poor feet after a long hike. The company was also kind enough to send an extra cloth insert set at no charge, which probably will come in handy over time. The cloth is a bit thin, and with the massage heads working against the cloth, I can see that wearing thin over time. Only complaint is the remote control is not very responsive and I have to hit the buttons several times to turn it on and/or change functions, but honestly, the controls are well within reach, anyway. This is a great product so far.
