We offer a 120 Day Guarantee on all Massage Medik massagers. Although we try our best to be as thorough as possible, in the rare circumstance that an item does arrive damaged on delivery, please let our customer service team know immediately. With exception to items that are damaged in shipping, the Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise. At the sole discretion of Massage Medik, we reserve the right to replace or repair your item.
All returns require an RMA number; we will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA number. The Customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping required to return the merchandise to The Company. The Customer must return the product and all packaging as originally shipped to qualify for a full refund.
With the exception of merchandise that is defective or damaged in transit, The Customer agrees that all orders canceled after shipment or refused deliveries are subject to a $40.00 rerouting fee, which can be paid using funds from the original purchase or using a separate form of payment, as determined by The Customer.
All returns that meet the above conditions will receive a full refund of their original purchase price. (excluding any finance fees if the financing was used)
